Career Summary

• In 2000, after becoming a Nephrology Specialist at Marmara University, she worked as an Assistant Researcher at Gent University Nephrology Clinic. 
• Between 2001-2007, she worked as a Nephrology Specialist at S.B. Göztepe Training and Research Hospital Organ Transplantation and Dialysis Unit. In the meantime, she received the title of Associate Professor of Internal Medicine and Nephrology in the Associate Professorship exam held at Hacattepe University. 
• In 2007, she started to work in the Nephrology Clinic as the Head of Yeditepe University Nephrology Department. 
• In 2009, she received the title of Professor in Yeditepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine. In 2010, she was elected to the board of directors of the Faculty of Medicine. 
• She has been working as the head of the Department of Internal Medicine since November 2014.
